<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rúru si predhrejeme na 180°C a bábovkovú formu si vymažeme maslom a vysypeme hrubou múkou. Zmäknuté maslo si vyšľaháme spolu s cukrom do svetložltej peny a pridáme vajíčka (izbová teplota). Do maslovej hmoty postupne pridávame múku zmiešanú s práškom do pečiva a škoricou, tvaroh a na záver prisypeme posekané pekanové oriešky. 3/4 cesta vlejeme do bábovkovej formy, 1/4 zmiešame s kakaom a nalejeme navrch. Špajlou urobíme mramorový vzor a pečieme cca 45 minút. Necháme 5 minút vychladnúť a vyklopíme na tanier.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Deň vopred si na krém uvaríme smotanu s čiernym čajom (necháme luhovať cca 10 minút) a následne primiešame bielu čokoládu, ktorú necháme rozpustiť. Vychladnutú smotanu dáme na noc do chladničky.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rúru si vyhrejeme na 170°C a 3 tortové formy s priemerom 18cm si vymažeme maslom a vysypeme hrubou múkou. Na korpus<span style="background-color: white;"> <span style="line-height: 25px;">si rozpustíme maslo v menšom hrnčeku na slabom ohni a pridáme bielu čokoládu. Miešame, kým sa nám celá nerozpustí. Vajíčko šlaháme spolu s cukrom 5 minút pri najväčšej rýchlosti do peny a následne pridáme maslo s čokoládou. V inej miske zmiešame múku so sódou, práškom do pečiva a pistáciami a postupne ručne spolu s kyslou smotanou primiešame do mokrej zmesi. Opatrne a pomaly aby cesto ostalo nadýchane a nespadlo. Cesto rozdelíme na tri časti a naplníme ním formy, ktoré pečieme cca 15 minút. Vyberieme a necháme vychladnúť. Zatiaľ si pripravíme krém. Zo smotany si vyšľaháme šľahačku a primiešame mascarpone s cukrom a pistáciami. Na korpusy natrieme najprv poriadnu vrstvu džemu, nakrájame marhule a pomocou cukrárskeho sáčku s guľatou špičkou (ak nemáte nevadí) nanesieme krém. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Keksíky si najemno zomelieme a premiešame s roztopeným maslom. Sušienkovú zmes natlačíme rukami do 22cm tortovej formy. Jahody zokrojíme v strede na dve časti a tou prekrojenou stranou ich pritlačíme na okraje formy po celom obvode. V mise si zmiešame všetky ostatné ingrediencie na krém a postupne ho vrstvíme do formy spolu s nakrájanými jahodami. Povrch uhladíme a uložíme do chladničky. Do misky so studenou vodou dáme napučať plátky želatiny. Do menšieho hrnca nakrájame jahody, ktoré spolu s citrónovou šťavou varíme, kým zmes nezačne bublať. Jahody rozmixujeme ponorným mixérom a primiešame želatinu. Jahodovú zmes prelejeme na cheesecake, necháme vychladnúť na izbovú teplotu a až potom dáme stuhnúť na noc do chladničky. V menšom hrnci začneme zohrievať mlieko, smotanu, cukor a vanilkové zrniečka (alebo cukor). Tesne pred tým ako začne zmes vrieť ju odstavíme z ohňa a primiešame napučanú želatinu. Nalejeme do piatich misiek, necháme vychladnúť a stuhnúť v chladničke. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Jednoduchý čokoládový dezert, ktorý je naozaj veľmi sladký a nápadne mi pripomína staré známe Kinderko z detských čias, len má koláčovú podobu a prekvapenie sa ukrýva vo výnimočnej chuti:) Kľudne vymeňte čučoriedky aj za iné ovocie aké máte k dispozícii, napríklad maliny alebo černice. Cieľom je hlavne osvieženie a zjemnenie čokoládovej chute.</span><br />

Zabalíme ho do potravinárskej fólie a necháme stuhnúť asi 30 minút v chladničke. Horkovzdušnú rúru predhrejeme na 170<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;">˚C, vyberieme cesto, vyvaľkáme ho a vložíme do koláčovej formy. </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;">Valčekom prejdeme po okrajoch formy tak,aby sme zarovnali okraje a prevýsajúce cesto odstránime. </span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;">Dno poprepichujeme vidličkou, zakryjeme ho alobalom a na neho vysypeme suché fazule aby sa nám cesto nezdvihlo. Vložíme do rúry a pečieme 15 minút. Následne odstránime alobal a necháme cesto ešte 5 minút dopiecť. V menšom hrnci zahrievame smotanu tesne pod bod varu, odstránime z plameňa a primiešame čokoládu a maslo. Miešame metličkou kým sa celá nerozpustí a vytvorí sa nám hladká voňavá zmes, ktorú nalejeme do korpusu. Necháme vychladnúť a cca 2 hodinky stuhnúť v chladničke. S bielou plnkou zopakujeme presne ten istý postup a vrch ozdobíme čučoriedkami a dáme opäť do chladničky stuhnúť. Zafarbovala som rôznymi spôsobmi (červenou repou, džemom, mrazeným ovocím), ale nikdy sa mi nepodarilo dosiahnuť ozajstnú červenú. Suché prísady na muffiny dáme do veľkej misy a zamiešame (múka, kapriaci prášok, sóda, kakao, cukor). Pridáme maslo a vajíčka a asi minútu šľaháme elektrickým šľahačom. V miske zmiešame cmar, vanilkový extrakt a červené farbivo. Pridáme k zmesi a šľaháme ešte minútu. Cestom naplníme košíčky cca do dvoch tretín výšky a pečieme 20 minút.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Na korpus si zmiešame všetky ingrediencie a vytvarujeme guľu, ktorú zabalíme do potravinárskej fólie a uložíme zatiaľ do chladničky.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rozmrazený špenát orestujeme na olivovom oleji s roztlačeným cesnakom a dáme do misky vychladnúť. Na olivovom oleji si dozlata orestujeme taktiež cibuľku a primiešame ju ku špenátu. K vychladnutej zmesi primiešame vajcia, créme fraiche, syr, okoreníme, osolíme a natrháme proscuitto (dva pláty si necháme na záver na ozdobu).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Cesto na korpus vyberieme z chladničky a prstami povtláčame do tartovej alebo formy na quiche. Špenátovú zmes prelejeme do formy a navrch poukladáme pokrájané paradajky. Pečieme vo vyhriatej rúre na 170°C cca pol hodinku dozlata. Vyberieme z rúry a ešte na horúci koláč naaranžujeme posledné dva kusy prosciutta. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Prívlastok "írska" som zvolila preto, lebo do čokoládového korpusu ide tmavé Guinnes pivo a do krému sladučký írsky likér Baileys:) možno sa Vám zdá, že torta bude chutiť výrazne alkoholicky, avšak opak je pravdou. Pivo by ste podľa chuti v ceste ani len nespoznali a likéru naozaj nejde veľa, ale presne toľko ako treba:) Recept je na tortu s priemerom 18cm, pokiaľ máte väčší rozmer tortovej formy, kľudne obsahy zdvojnásobte.</span><br />

V malom hrnci zohrievame na strednom plameni pivo s maslom, kávou a vanilkovým extraktom dovtedy, kým sa maslo neroztopí. Pivo sa nesmie variť! Odstránime z plameňa a vymiešame s nalámanou čokoládou dohladka. Zmes necháme vychladnúť.</span><br style="line-height: 22px;" /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px;">Zmiešame hladkú múku so sódou bikarbónou, soľou a oboma cukrami. Vo vedľajšej miske prešľaháme vajíčka so zákysom, pridáme vychladenú pivnú zmes a postupne zamiešame do suchých prísad tak, aby sa nám vytvorilo hladké cesto.</span><br style="line-height: 22px;" /><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px;">Nalejeme do formy a pečieme cca 30 minút. Po zapichnutí špajle na nej nesmie byť prilepené cesto. Vyberieme a necháme vychladnúť. Kým sa pečie korpus, pripravíme si krém. Smotanový syr spolu s créme fraiche chvíľku šľaháme v kuchynskom robote, následne pridáme cukor a Baileys. Zamiešame a podľa chuti pridáme ešte cukor. Korpus vyberieme v formy a v strede jedenkrát prekrojíme. Natrieme krém a tortu ním aj obalíme. Na polevu si v hrnci rotopíme horkú čokoládu a maslo v sladkej smotane a nalejeme navrch. Zatiaľ si veľmi jednoducho pripravíme plnku tak, že všetky ingrediencie spolu zmiešame. Cesto si vyvaľkáme na obdĺžnik s rozmermi cca 35 x 20cm, potrieme plnkou, ale tak aby okraje ostali asi 3 cm suché. Následne 3 z nich zložíme (2 kratšie a jeden dlší okraj) a jeden necháme voľný. Cesto zrolujeme smerom k nezloženému okraju, ktorý sa bude nachádzať na spodnej časti závinu, potrieme žĺtkom a pečieme pri 160</span><span style="line-height: 22px;">°</span></span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22px;">C cca 20 -30 minút. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Deň vopred si v malom hrnci uvaríme šľahačkovú smotanu s bielou čokládou, kým sa celá nerozpustí. Necháme vychladnúť a skladujeme cez noc v chladničke.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rúru si vyhrejeme na 180°C a formu s priemerom 24cm si vytrieme maslom a vysypeme hrubou múkou. Na korpus si oddelíme žĺtka od bielkov. Žĺtka vyšľaháme spolu s cukrom do svetložltej peny, pridáme mak, mandle, múku zmiešanú s práškom do pečiva, škrob a mlieko. Miešame, kým sa nevytvorí jednotná zmes. Pokiaľ by sa vám zdalo cesto moc suché, kľudne prilejte ešte mlieko. Bielka so štipkou soli vyšľaháme na tuhú sneh a opatrne primiešame do cesta, ktoré prelejeme do pripravenej formy. Pečieme cca 35-45 minút. Pomocou špajle zistíme, či je korpus hotový, ak po zapichnutí sa na ňu nebude lepiť nedopečené cesto. Necháme vychladnúť a rozrežeme na tri časti. Zo smotany s bielou čokoládou vyšľaháme šľahačku, pridáme mescarpone, cukor a zamiešame. Tortu poskladáme tak, že na obidve poschodia najprv natrieme džem a naň krém. Do cesta aj do krému som použila naozajstné pistácie, žiadne iné farbivá, pudingy, pasty ani arómy. Lúpané a nesolené sa dajú zohnať napríklad v malých stánkoch s orieškami v nákupných centrách alebo ich zvyknú mávať aj v Metre. Uvedené množstvo mi vyšlo na 6 stredných cupcakeov:)</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Maslo si rozpustíme v menšom hrnčeku na slabom ohni a pridáme bielu čokoládu. Miešame, kým sa nám celá nerozpustí. Vajíčko šlaháme spolu s cukrom 5 minút pri najväčšej rýchlosti do peny a následne pridáme maslo s čokoládou. V inej miske zmiešame múku so sódou, práškom do pečiva a pistáciami a postupne ručne spolu s kyslou smotanou primiešame do mokrej zmesi. Opatrne a pomaly aby cesto ostalo nadýchane a nespadlo. Plech na muffiny vystelieme šiestimi papierovými košíčkami a každý naplníme do 3/4 cestom. Pečieme vo vyhriatej rúre na 170°C cca 20 minút. Necháme vychladnúť a pripravíme si krém. Smotana aj mascarpone musia byť obe veľmi dobre vychladené. Mascarpone spolu s pistáciami a cukrom vyšľaháme do hladkého krému. Potom pridáme smotanu a opäť šlaháme, kým nevznikne pevný krém. Muffinky najprv potrieme tenkou vrstvou krému a následne cukrárskym vreckom dozdobíme. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Najprv si pripravíme cesto. Všetky ingrediencie okrem vody dáme do kuchynského robota a miešame strednou rýchlosťou. Postupne pridávame vodu. Akonáhle sa cesto spojí, robot vypneme a z cesta ručne vypracujeme guľu, ktorú zabalíme do potravinárskej fólie a dáme na 30 minút do chladničky. Po pol hodine cesto vyberieme a rozdelíme na 2 rovnaké časti. Koláčovú formu s priemerom 26cm vymažeme maslom. Prvú časť cesta rozvaľkáme na priemer cca 29cm a vyložíme ňou koláčovú formu, tak aby okraje trošku prečnievali. Na plnku zmiešame spolu všetky ingrediencie a presunieme ju do formy. Druhú čast cesta vyvaľkáme na 26cm priemer a prikryjeme jablká. Zo zvyšného cesta môžme povykrajovať rôzne ozdoby, ktoré položíme navrch. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Uvaríme si kávu a necháme vychladnúť. Do vlažnej kávy prilejeme 150ml likéru a odložíme stranou. Na krém si vymiešame mascarpone, cukor, žĺtka a 50ml likéru. Jeden bielok vyšľaháme na sneh a ručne primiešame ku krému. Pripravíme si okraj 24cm kruhovej formy, ktorý položíme na tanier, po prípade tácku, na ktorej by ste chceli koláč servírovať. Piškóty namáčame do kávovo-likérovej zmesi (odporúčam max. 2-3 sekundy, aby neboli piškóty premočené až príliž) a ukladáme na dno podnosu. Na piškótovú vrstvu nanesieme polovičku krému a opäť prichádzajú na rad piškóty a na záver druhá polovica krému. Povrch poprášime pomocou sitka kakaom, okraje orežeme od formy nožíkom a formu vyberieme. Okraje pozakrývame suchými piškótami a koláč necháme stuhnúť v chladničke.</span>

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Vyhrejeme si teplovzdušnú rúru na 180°C a vymažeme si 22cm tortovú formu kokosovým olejom. V miske zmiešame všetky suché ingrediencie na korpus. V druhej miske zmiešame mlieko, olej vajíčka a citrónovú šťavu a jej obsah prelejeme do prvej misky, pridáme vanilkové zrniečka, zmiešame a premiestnime do tortovej formy. Pečieme cca 20 minút a necháme vychladnúť. Zatiaľ si pripravíme kokosovú plnku. Zmiešame všetky ingrediencie a zmes rovnomerne natrieme na vychladnutý korpus. V menšom hrnci zahrievame kokosové mlieko s čokoládou dokým sa celá nerozpustí. Čokoládovú polevu nalejeme na kokosovú plnku a posypeme kokosovými a mandlovými lupienkami. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Nedávno som bola na obede v Mercade, kde ma v ich jedálnom lístku upútal veľmi podobný quiche, v podstate s totožnými prísadami. Prišlo mi to ako super kombinácia chutí, ktoré by podľa mňa mal obsahovať každý slaný koláč s prívlastkom "slovenský". Quiche nám natoľko chutil, že som ho okamžite musela doma vyskúšať a takto vyzerá moja verzia:)</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Deň vopred si v dobre uzatvárateľnej nádobe zmiešame sladkú a kyslú smotanu, poriadne misku zatvoríme a dobre zatrasieme. Necháme odpočívať cez noc pri pokojovej teplote. Na druhý deň si pripravíme najprv korpus. Všetky ingrediencie spolu zmiešame, z cesta vytvarujeme guľu, zabalíme ju do potravinárskej fólie a dáme na 30 minút do chladničky. Medzitým si pokrájame slaninku na pásiky a dáme na panvicu osmažiť. Keď sa nám vytopí časť tuku a slanina zhnedne, odložíme stranou.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Z chladničky vyberieme cesto, vyvaľkáme ho na tvar koláčovej formy, ktorú cestom vystelieme a odrežeme prevýsajúce okraje. Povrch poprepichujeme vidličkou, zakryjeme alobalom, nasypeme naň suché fazule a pečieme vo vyhriatej rúre na 180°C takých 10 minút. Následne odstránime alobal s fazuľami a korpus dopečieme (cca 5-8 minút). Na bravčovej masti opekáme 5 minút nahrubo posekanú kapustu a necháme vychladnúť. Do smotany primiešame vajcia a soľ, pridáme slaninku (zopár kúskov si odložíme navrch) a kyslú kapustu. Na predpečený korpus poukladáme kúsky bryndze, zalejeme kapustovo smotanovou plnkou, posypeme zbytkom slaninky a okoreníme. Pečieme takých 30 minút. Quiche je hotový, keď povrch zhnedne a po zatrasení si drží svoju formu a tvar. Maslo si rozpustíme a zmiešame spolu s jogurtom a vajíčkom. Múku zmiešame s ostatnými suchými ingredienciami a postupne prilievame mokrú zmes. Necháme spolu šlahať v kuchynskom robote asi 5 minút. Slivky si nakrájame na štvrtiny a 1/2 z množstva ručne primiešame do cesta. Pomocou lyžice cesto rovnomerne rozdelíme do papierových košíčkov (napĺňame asi do 3/4), navrch poukladáme zbytok sliviek (šupka vždy smerom nadol) a na záver pospypeme ešte makom a hnedým cukrom. Vo väčšej mise zmiešame všetky suché ingrediencie (múka, ovsené vločky, kypriaci prášok, škoricový cukor, štipka soli). V druhej spolu pomiešame mokré ingrediencie (maslo, vajce, med, mlieko a jogurt). Misky zmiešame a nastrúhame citrónovú kôru. Cesto vlejeme do formy, navrch poukladáme slivky a čučoriedky, posypeme orieškami a pečieme cca 30 minút. Zabalíme do priesvitnej potravinárskej fólie a odložíme na 30 minút do chladničky. </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; line-height: 25px;">Rúru predhrejeme na 180</span><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;">˚C, vyberieme z chladničky cesto, vyvaľkáme a vyložíme ním tartovú formu. Valčekom prejdeme po okrajoch formy tak, aby sme zarovnali okraje a prevýsajúce cesto odstránime. Dno poprepichujeme vidličkou, zakryjeme ho alobalom a na neho vysypeme suché fazule. Pečieme 10 minút. Následne odstránime alobal a necháme cesto dopiecť dozlata ešte takých 5-10 minút.</span></span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">Na puding dáme variť mlieko, na polovičku rozrezaný vanilkový struk, maslo, 1/8 hrnčeka cukru, štipku soli a pomaly privedieme k varu. Odstránime z ohňa. V inej miske zmiešame žĺtka s kukurič</span></span></span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: large; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;">ným škrobom a zvyšným cukrom, kým sa nám vytvorí jemná a hladká zmes. Polievkovou lyžicou postupne a veľmi opatrne prilievame k žĺtkovej zmesi horúce mlieko a hneď zamiešame. Takto postupujeme dokým nezačne byť žĺtková zmes na dotyk teplá. Vtedy ju nalejeme do horúceho mlieka a privedieme k varu. Miešame a varíme do stuhnutia (cca 3 minúty). Po odstavení z ohňa ihneď zakryjeme potravinárskou fóliou a necháme vychladnúť v chladničke. Na záver primiešame pomarančovú kôru a créme fraiche a pudingom naplníme korpus.</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; line-height: 22px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: large;">Na plnku dáme variť zavárané čučoriedky spolu so šťavou do menšieho hrnca a prisypeme hrnček čerstvých čučoriedok. Keď začne zmes vrieť, pridáme kukuričný škrob a miešame do zhustnutia. Na záver do plnky nastrúhame citrónovú kôru a najeleme na puding. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">V piatok 27. júna 2014 som mala príležitosť a možnosť prvýkrát napiecť koláčiky, svadobnú tortu a pripraviť výslužku na svadbu pre veľmi sympatický manželský pár a ich hostí. Bola to pre mňa neskutočná pocta, že si vybrali práve moje koláčiky a som im za túto príležitosť nesmierne vďačná. Pozitívne ohlasy a spokojnosť mladomenželov len podčiarkli a znásobili moju radosť a rozhodla som sa, že sa s Vami taktiež podelím o zopár fotografii a inšpirácií ako si chutne, zdravo a zároveň esteticky vyzdobiť koláčikmi aj svoju svadbu:) </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">V strednom hrnci si zohrejeme 120ml vody zmiešanej s cukrom, maslom a soľou a necháme zovrieť. Veľmi rýchlo pridáme už odváženú múku, stíšime plameň a miešame drevenou varechou asi minútu kým sa cesto začne odlepovať od panvice. Cesto vyklopíme na tanier a necháme vychladnúť na izbovú teplotu. Maslovú hmotu premiestnime do misky a primiešame k nej vajcia, tak aby bolo cesto hladké a lesklé.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rúru vyhrejeme na 220°C a plech si vyložíme papierom na pečenie. Cesto nanášame lyžicou na plech o veľkosti vajíčka (necháme medzi nimi aspoň 4 cm miesto), mne vyšlo 16ks, vložíme do rúry a znížime teplotu na 200°C. Pečieme 20 minút a po vybratí necháme úplne vychladnúť.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Profiteroles prerežeme v strede na dve časti, naplníme vyšľahanou šľahačkou s cukrom, posypeme opraženými mandlami a polejeme roztopenou čokoládou. <span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Pokiaľ máte radi kozí syr, tak si tento úžasný slaný koláč okamžite zamilujete. Nie je to nič komplikované, všetky ingrediencie sa dajú kupiť v nákupných reťazcoch a veľmi rýchlo z nich vyčarujete tento rýchly a ľahký obed. Recept je na 1/2 plechu alebo 2 porcie.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Courier New, Courier, monospace; font-size: large;">Rúru si predhrejeme na 190°C a plech vyložíme papierom na pečenie. Okraje cesta (asi 1,5 cm) preložíme dovnútra a stred cesta poprepichujeme vidličkou. Plech dáme do rúry a pečieme 10-15 minút, dokým nebude cesto svetlo zlaté. Zatiaľ si nakrájame paradajky na kolieska a dáme ich odkvapkať do sitka. Kozí syr taktiež pokrájame na plátky. Cesto vyberieme a pokiaľ nám stred veľmi vybehol, stlačíme ho opatrne dole. Cesto potrieme pestom (okraje vynecháme), poukladáme naň čerstvé a potom súšené paradajky. Rovnomerne posypeme píniovými orieškami a rozprestrieme plátky kozieho syra.
